NJ Municipalities Rely on Phillips Preiss for Redevelopment Planning Services
A number of municipalities have retained Phillips Preiss within the past year to prepare redevelopment studies and plans and advise on redevelopment issues. Phillips Preiss was selected by Seaside Heights to advise the municipality on redevelopment issues, adding to the firm's Jersey Shore redevelopment portfolio that includes public and private clients in Asbury Park, Long Branch, Sea Bright and Toms River and the Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority. The firm has been hired by Bernardsville, North Plainfield and Raritan in central New Jersey to advise on the redevelopment of key sites. Further north, Phillips Preiss has prepared additional redevelopment studies and plans for repeat clients Maplewood, Newark and North Bergen, as well as for first-time redevelopment clients Bogota and Fairfield. Planning boards in Hillsdale and West Orange are also relying on the firm for guidance on redevelopment studies prepared by others. In the past decade, Phillips Preiss has received multiple statewide awards for redevelopment plans it prepared for municipal clients including Morristown, Plainsboro and Somerville.
